Duplicate accounts per identity: Login with Ethereum and social login.

Billions.Network supports multiple sign-up and login methods — such as connecting an Ethereum wallet or using a social login like Gmail. Each method creates a separate account, so if you've signed up more than once using different methods, you would have multiple accounts.

Because Billions.Network enforces Proof of Uniqueness (PoU), each person can pass verification and hold only one PoU credential, which means your points and activity may end up split across two accounts.

If you have two accounts and want to consolidate everything into one, there are some steps that should be taken by you. Since we don’t have access to the credential which is stored on the device (in case only mobile wallet application is used) or the in end-to-end encrypted storage we need you to identify which account would be your primary account to move the points to it.

What we can do

We can transfer eligible points from your secondary account into your main account.

Important: Verification for issuance of the PoU credential can be performed only on one account per Identity. The account that holds your PoU credential should be considered your Main Account (Account A).

After the transfer: Account B may still be accessible, but it must not be used for future activity. All future activity should happen only on Account A.

What you need to do

1) Make sure the email credential matches on both accounts

We use your email credential to confirm that both accounts belong to the same person.

  1. Log in to Account A and open Official Profile → Credentials → Email.
  2. Log in to Account B and open Official Profile → Credentials → Email.
  3. Confirm both accounts show the same email address.

If the email is different on either account:
